Special Tapas

 

Caracoles $8 – escargot sautéed in a garlic-shallot wine sauce, served with crostinis.

Conch Fritters $8– island conch fritters served with a cilantro tartar sauce.

 

 

Dinner Entrees

 

NY Strip $22 - Char grilled 12 oz NY strip topped with a stilton bleu cheese and habanero sauce, served with mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus.

Pollo Relleno $18 spinach, ricotta and crab meat stuffed chicken breast, topped with a mornay sauce, served over white rice.


Ravioli Diablo $20 large cheese raviolis topped with a fiery scallop, shrimp and clam red sauce.
