The term 'Pan-Latin', meaning loosely 'everything Latin', illustrates our desire to embrace the many, varied influences that make Latin cuisine so rich, nuanced and flavorful. We draw from the culinary traditions of Puerto Rico, Spain, Cuba, South America and others, as well as our own inventiveness, to create an exciting and delicous mix of traditional Latin dishes and Latin fusion origionals. This is reflected in our entire menu, like our original signature Chipotle Brownie Cake.
