Samuel P. Harn Museum of Art - The Harn Museum of Art is one of the largest university art museums in the southeast U.S. with 86,800 square feet consisting of three temporary exhibition galleries and five galleries for the museum's permanent collections of modern, contemporary, African and Asian art and photography. The museum offers a full range of educational programs for the general public and the academic community, from studio classes for adults and children to lectures by leading art scholars and cutting-edge cinema. The museum contains a Museum Store and the Camellia Court Cafe.

Hipodrome State Theatre - In 1981 the Hippodrome was designated a State Theatre of Florida. The theater enjoys recognition as one of the leading regional theaters in the country, with the primary goal of providing the best season of theater for audiences throughout the state. In maintaining this goal, the Hippodrome has become a major cultural resource to the community and the State of Florida, staging mainstage productions for more than 60,000 people annually.

University Galleries - THE UNIVERSITY GALLERY is an essential component of the teaching, research and service mission of the School of Art and Art History. Located on the east end of the Fine Arts Campus Complex, the University Gallery's six exhibitions per year bring current ideas in contemporary art to UFL's students and community. These exhibitions are designed to enhance and challenge the bodies of knowledge in the various studio disciplines offered in our school. FOCUS GALLERY is an 850 square foot space that presents curated exhibitions of student and invited artists' work. The gallery is located in the lobby of the School's administrative offices. It offers cutting edge artwork and provides opportunities for curatorial experience to faculty members and graduate students in the museum studies graduate program. GRINTER GALLERY of International Art located in the first floor of the Grinter Hall is the venue for exhibitions of art created by international students and area artists, as well as a location for traveling exhibits of internationally based art.

Santa Fe Community College - The Visual and Performing Arts and the Graphic Design Technology Departments at SFCC do justice to the college's stated mission of 'adding value to the lives of our students and enriching our community' by taking the artistic creation of their students out into the community and inviting the general public into the college to experience first hand the excitment and vitality of their programs. Under the leadership of Alora Haynes and Jorge Ibanez respectively, both departments schedule numerous events in galleries and venues around the city and in the college.

Gainesville Chamber Orchestra - The Gainesville Chamber Orchestra has distinguished itself as the central body of music in Gainesville. The 40-member orchestra is conducted by Evans Haile, a Gainesville native who has an international reputation as a conductor. The orchestra entertains with a free Pops Concert, and various concerts throughout the year.

Friends of Jazz and Blues - Founded in 1983, the Gainesville Friends of Jazz and Blues is dedicated to supporting and promoting jazz and blues music, as well as increasing public interest and participation in a unique art form.
